We are currently seeking a Maintenance Leader for a position located in Jackson, Tennessee.
The Maintenance Leader is responsible for driving equipment reliability to best in class levels. S/he will evaluate the effectiveness of all maintenance processes, programs, procedures and ensure the safety, quality, and productivity of maintenance operations. S/he has primary responsibility for driving Operational Efficiency (OE) through stabile operations and equipment reliability.
Drive a Zero safety/environmental incident culture by engaging all employees.
Foster a clean work environment by deploying 5S throughout the Maintenance areas.
Raise product quality to the next level by providing appropriate resources to support improvement projects. Additionally, help to create a Zero defect culture.
Drive operational performance to the next level by engaging all employees and using formal continuous improvement tools.
Provide input on budgets around labor, capital, maintenance spares and facility improvements.
Act as one of the key agents of change for the facility.
Foster a data-driven culture.
Lead, coach, and solicit input from team members to drive successful execution of facility and team goals.
Model behaviors expected of all employees.

years experience in Industrial Maintenance leadership
Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field preferred
Capital project and planning experience
