The Company:
Prime Auto USA is an independent used car dealership located in Jackson, TN with a full sales team, finance team, client success team and service team with a total of just under 50 employees and selling just under 100 cars per month.
We provide automotive reconditioning to cars that are being prepared to sell including an 80 point inspection as well as on-going repairs for our free 6 month 6,000 mile limited warranty and customer pay work.

Job Description:
The Floor Manager will lead a team of Sales Specialists to meet the sales goals set for the company.
They will draw on their vast experience, network and energy to hire and retain a staff of sales professionals that can be trained and coached into meeting their individual goals which will lead to meeting the company goal.
This position will report directly to the General Sales Manager.
And the following will be some of the major responsibilities related to this job:
Responsibilities:
Create an environment of optimism and energy that will lead to higher engagement amongst the team.
Lead the branding and marketing of the company by creating, implementing and tracking the results of marketing activities independently as well as by utilizing outside firms as needed and approved.
Identify activities that are successful or unsuccessful to adjust marketing activities appropriately.
Effectively communicate the requirements needed to meet the sales goals for the location being led.
Recruit and retain a team of sales professionals that will be able to meet the company sales goals within the underwriting requirements of the company.
Train the team of sales professionals in the skills of creating lead opportunities, properly engaging with the customers, set appointments and close the sales.
Track the statistics of the individual sales activities that will lead to individual sales associates to meet their goals.
Use statistics and observation methods to identify areas of improvement for each sales associate.
Coach and train sales associates to improve the activities that will lead to their success.
Take steps to continue their training and mentorship for success.
Hold the team accountable for meeting the required results.
Meet the sales goals and maintain a positive upbeat environment where top talent will enjoy working.
Maintain an organized and clean sales area inside and outside of the building.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Minimum Expected Results:
The activities listed above are to result in selling the monthly sales goals for the location you lead each month.
Retain top performing Sales Specialists Work in cooperation with other leaders and employees of the company to meet the overall company goals Ideal Requirements for Employment:
5-10 Years of Experience leading a high performing sales team.
Demonstrated track record of success in team building and improving results.
Working independently and in cooperation with marketing firms to drive sales opportunities leading to meeting company goals.
Demonstrated use of social media.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to call, text and speak with customers in person.
Reasonable abilities utilizing technology the company utilizes.
A demonstrated history of success in your endeavors.
Must have strong computer skills; Enthusiastic personality; Must be Dependable and Reliable.
