Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on service status - Assign service technicians to appointments based on availability and skillset - Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician assignments - Monitor and track service progress to ensure timely completion - Address any client concerns or issues regarding service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services - Provide administrative support to the service team as needed Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Problem-solving skills to address client concerns or issues - Proficiency in using computer software and systems for scheduling and record keeping - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others This role requires a high level of customer service orientation, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
