This position is responsible for full-time and internship talent acquisition efforts as part of the recruiting team in the Jackson area.
Success in this role means sourcing a strong pipeline of referral candidates by leveraging your natural market (existing contacts), developing trusted internal office relationships, using social media for strategic outreach, and expanding professional referral relationships in the community.
Job Duties:
Meet or exceed the given recruiting expectations for the office.
Leverage our recruiting CRM to maintain and track recruiting results.
Communicate directly, and frequently, with Front Line Leaders, the Managing Director, and the overall recruiting team on recruiting plans and strategies.
Develop and execute new strategies that generate a perpetual stream of candidate leads.
Phoning with leads to identify potential candidates.
Interview and choreograph the attraction of top candidates within the selection process.
Review and interpret assessments taken by candidates during the interview process.
Assist the Campus Recruiter in college intern recruiting efforts during campus peak recruiting seasons.
Assist in a variety of recruiting office initiatives and special marketing projects as needed throughout the year.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferable.
Recruiting, sales, or relationship-based experience is preferred.
Experience with web-based searches, sourcing and scheduling-based software.
LinkedIn experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, and public speaking.
A strong amount of drive, desire, and ambition-- highly motivated.
Ability to work independently with proper direction.
Develops rapport easily.
Creative, energetic, and positive.
Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Professional demeanor - both diction and professional attire.
