Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Assist guests with any needs or requests they may have Handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements:
