00 PM SUMMARY Assembles cores by pushing tubes through fins or laying/stacking fins ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Overtime as required Operate Voss Machines to make fins.
Place fins in proper configuration on fin table (per work order and drawing instructions) Manual:
Push tubes through the openings on the fins to create a radiator core.
Auto:
Set up machine and calibrate to automatically push tubes through fins to create a radiator core Measure core for correct size and straightness.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
