Call center operators provide assistance to TennCare applicants and members regarding TennCare eligibility, TennCare covered services, application processes, eligibility categories and requirements, program policies and procedures, appeals rights and procedures and advocacy services.
Employees also provide customer service, conflict resolution and conflict de-escalation.
Work from home may be available upon successful completion of training which is conducted at the Jackson, TN office.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency, One to two years of work related experience, Excellent organizational, verbal, written and computer skills, Previous call center and/or customer service experience, Understanding of hospital billing form requirements, understanding of Medicaid billing and collection guidelines, ability to read/understand Explanation of Benefits (EOB's).
Must authorize the release of any investigative and criminal records obtained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to the Tennessee Community Services Agency.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
