Duties will include the following:
Ideal candidate should be a quick learner, articulate, have a professional appearance and demeanor, and above all else, possess excellent phone skills and manners.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
answering phone lines; greeting visitors; logging and delivering incoming/outgoing packages; scheduling conference rooms; office administrator support and special projects as needed.
Compassionately greet all incoming clients and provide them with any appropriate information they may need while maintaining a high level of company confidentiality.
Answering phone calls in a professional manner and re-directing calls to respective staff.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing records and scan documents.
Coordinates and schedule a variety of meetings and events.
Process mail.
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, QuickBooks) And more.

Accounting firm experience a plus, but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
