Will work closely with manager to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining project status and correspondence Prepares quick check and project briefs for internal communication Organizes, updates, and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records Maintain product sample library Maintain packaging catalogue and database Responsible for shipping all product samples, test products, and product for approvals Responsible for UPC Creation and management Ensures that all job tasks are performed in compliance with all food safety and quality management system rules, procedures, policies and guidelines Participate in project meetings Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Evaluate potential problems and opportunities related to projects Plan and manage project goals, schedules and new information Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track Communicate with Product Manager to define project requirements, scope and objectives Monitor the progress of projects and update the Project Manager regularly Requirements 1.
Bachelor's Degree.
2.
3 or more years of Manufacturing Project Coordination experience.
3.
ERP Systems experience is a plus.
