We are currently looking for someone who has a passion for home care, enjoys making a positive impact, has knack for problem solving and a mindset for growth to be a Service Supervisor for our Jackson branch located in Jackson, TN.
The Service Supervisor is responsible for the general management of local operations by building strong relationships with field staff, clients, vendors, and the community.
The primary goal of this position is to ensure client satisfaction, staff education, training, caregiver performance, and continually maintain a person-centered business culture that delivers quality, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and high performance.
The main responsibilities for this position include:
Create and uphold strong caregiver relationships through career development, training, ongoing development, performance reviews, and appreciation Ensure maximum utilization of caregivers availability and client authorizations/services Conduct on-site client supervisory quality visits Complete initial and ongoing client assessments, including admits for private pay clients Market and sell services throughout the community to grow revenue Provide backup support to the Scheduling Coordinator for scheduling and answering calls Provide backup support in providing hands-on training to caregivers, conducting hiring events, and investigating CI/REM claims, Provide backup support as a last resort to deliver gloves, meals, and/or PERS installations.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Strong computer and technical skills required Additional education from an accredited vocational school or college preferred Prior experience with home care preferred Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and state required Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards Flexible Work Environment Requirements This position is a hybrid role with 20 to 40% of the time being field based with the ability to work the remaining time, based on workload, from a remote location.
This position can also work from the local office if preferred by employee Must have quick, functional internet from your remote work location Ability to provide additional office equipment or office supplies if needed Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor from your remote work location Ability to provide their undivided attention to work during agreed upon working hours.
This includes the ability to make regular dependent care arrangements during working hours if applicable.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be willing to travel to various site locations Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
