We are looking for one 2nd shift Supervisor, and two 2nd shift Technicians.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop, Implement, and oversee Maintenance programs Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems.
Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Champion predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training Maintenance employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education &
Experience:
Tier One Automotive manufacturing experience preferred Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in an automotive manufacturing facility required Experience with repairs and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
PLC Programming knowledge required Robotics Programming knowledge required Job Type:
